We collect personal information that you voluntarily submit through forms on this website, including your name, email address, phone number, location, and any additional details you provide in franchise, investor, careers, merch, or general enquiry forms.
We process your personal information for the following purposes:

— To provide requested materials such as franchise or investor packs: legal basis: your consent / legitimate interests
— To assess commercial interest in franchise, investment, or employment opportunities: legal basis: legitimate interests
— To manage ongoing business relationships: legal basis: contract performance or legitimate interests
— To process merch orders and communicate about fulfilment: legal basis: contract performance
Enquiry and interest registration data is retained for up to 24 months from the date of submission, or until you request deletion. Job applicant data is retained for 12 months from submission unless a role is offered. Merch order data is retained for 7 years for accounting and legal compliance purposes.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with internal team members, professional advisors, service providers (including email and CRM platforms), and affiliated group entities, where reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry or operate the business. Any service providers we engage are required to handle your data securely and only for the purposes we specify.
Chicky Time is based in South Africa. If you are located in the EU or UK, your personal information will be transferred to and processed in South Africa. South Africa is not currently designated as an adequate country by the EU or UK.
